Coming to the big city brings a lot of planning, but rest assured, we are here to help at all times!
We have dined around, we have been into the little hidden corners, we have been to the big events - so please, feel free to lean on us for any additional trip planning. We love to do it.
When it comes to house-related items, hopefully the list below has the answer to any of the questions you might have. If you don’t see your answer, please get in touch and we will get you what you need.
Is there parking nearby?
Absolutely. There is entry to a ‘Green P’ secure underground lot mere feet from our front door. Could not be more handy in the Downtown core.
Do I need a car?
Definitely NOT! You can find everything and anything within walking distance of the house. If you travel in by air, we are a short 10 min UBER ride from Billy Bishop and if you travel in from Pearson International, the UP Express will bring you easily and efficiently right into the city.
Are longer term stays possible?
You bet. With out proximity to the financial district and the many hospitals and health organizations, longer term stays are a priority for us. Just get in touch and let us know what you are in need of and we will work with you to make that happen.
Is the area noisy?
We are located on a leafy tree-lined residential street, well set back from the main action of Queen Street. Considering how close we are to the heartbeat of the city, the home is well situated to keep the noise down.
The home is also equipped with high density glass which keeps everything nice & quiet inside.
How close is public transportation?
A 100/100 Public Transportation Score, so yes, very close! And there are several options, depending on where you are headed. The new Ontario Line, right around the corner, will add even more options.
The best bet is to visit Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) for up to the minute schedules and all available nearby stops.
Are there any extras for infants?
We stock a pack & play crib, as well as a high chair at the house. We have a few buckets of infant toys, books and games in the basement area that can also be left out for you.
As a bonus, there is plenty of room to store a stroller in our front hallway.
